My son's been wearing these for more than 1 year and if we put them on him correctly, there is no leaking! Very happy with them.

I expected more for nighttime pull-ups. My son still wakes with a wet bed sometimes after wearing these---on top of that, he hates them---he claims they are itchy and uncomfortable. Apparently, the "good" brands are no better than the generic store brands I usually buy.
